Model: ADRC-50, Brand: YJ Link, Manufacturer: YJ Link Company Ltd, Korea

yjlinkPCB cleaning systems are as important as any other machinery on the line. Launched in January 2014, YJ Link’s ADRC-50 uses an ioniser, air knife and vacuum as part of its three-step contactless PCB cleaning process, making the board ready for the next step. This machine removes the dust particles by applying a strong air current over the surface of the PCB, cleaning it without any scratches and hence maintaining the quality of the board. With a user friendly interface, it is a highly recommendable solution for the SMT line.

Key features:

  • The machine cleans PCBs in a three step contactless process. This starts with the ioniser that initiates the surface for cleaning, followed by implementing the air knife on the PCB to disassociate the foreign particles present on the surface, and then their removal so that the board is ready to be fed into the next process. The technology involved in the process ensures quality cleaning because dust removal is done with the help of a vacuum system. The machine allows the operator to customise the cleaning process (speed, etc) so that the variations in PCB types can be taken care of efficiently.

  • The machine is compatible with SMEMA’s standards and comes with a touch screen. It is equipped with a LED tower light and a conveyor speed control.
