Boosting production by 200%, Ambrane’s new 83,000 sq. ft. automated facility in Haryana enhances its capacity to scale and diversify.
Ambrane has started operations at its new 83,000 sq. ft. automated manufacturing facility in Kundli, Haryana, built with an investment of ₹500 million. The plant is expected to increase the company’s production capacity by 200% and support expansion into new product categories, including IT peripherals and small appliances.
The facility features SMT lines, automated assembly stations, and real-time quality monitoring systems, allowing for greater flexibility and faster scaling of operations. Planned automation upgrades aim to help the company reach its full installed capacity of 15,00,000 units per month. The facility has created over 600 jobs so far, with further recruitment planned in research and development as well as quality and manufacturing departments. Skill-development programmes have also been introduced to train staff in automated production and quality control processes.
Mr Ashok Rajpal, Founder & Director, Ambrane, said, “The launch of this facility is not just an expansion of our manufacturing capabilities, it represents a new horizon for Indian brands committed to innovating at global standards. With the scaled-up Kundli unit, we’ll be able to shape new technologies and categories using processes that are faster, smarter, and more sustainable.”
The expansion positions Ambrane to increase output across existing categories while enabling entry into new segments, reflecting broader growth in India’s consumer electronics manufacturing sector.
