Delta organised customer meet in Nepal from December 16 to 17, 2011 with the help of its partners Digitech Technics (P) Ltd at Kathmandu and Techno-chem Automation at Biratnagar for its key customers at Nepal. The event was planned to share more information on Delta products, service support and Delta’s plans for the Nepal market.
The event witnessed active participations from many customers. Participants shared their experience using Delta UPS and appreciated the quality of the products and service support extended by its partners. “Delta is keen to reach out to each region and have close interaction with all its customers” says Suhas Joshi, director – Sales UPS, Delta Power Solutions.
Delta used the platform to showcase all UPS products with accessories that can bring more value to them like extended charger for long backup application, maintenance bypass switch for hot swappable and faulty UPS without any break of power to critical load, connectivity solutions for remote/ local monitoring and management of UPS which can help the customers to increase the productivity with increase availability of power.
Delta also shared the benefits and the value of using modular & scalable UPS available from 20 to 480kVA for varied applications for industrial customers. Delta highlighted the benefits of using Isolation transformer based Ultron UPS in rating up to 4000kVA. Customers also appreciated the very high energy efficient products like Ultron DPS with 94 per cent overall efficiency which they endorsed as the right product for Nepal market.
