The Rorr EZ provides three driving modes—Eco, City, and Havoc—which enable riders to toggle between maximizing battery life and achieving top performance.

Oben Electric, an electric vehicle manufacturer based in Bengaluru, recently unveiled the Rorr EZ electric motorcycle with an introductory price of ₹89,999. This new model is designed specifically for the urban commuter and offers three battery configurations: 2.6 kWh, 3.4 kWh, and 4.4 kWh. The Rorr EZ is designed to simplify city transportation with its user-friendly design, advanced technology, and competitive pricing, providing a seamless and efficient commuting experience.

Customers can now reserve the Rorr EZ with a booking fee of ₹2,999 and can expect quick deliveries and test rides at Oben Electric stores. With this launch, the company aims to make electric mobility more accessible to the average commuter.

In terms of design and performance, the Rorr EZ addresses common motorcycle issues such as clutch handling, vibrations, and high maintenance costs. It features Oben’s proprietary ARX framework and a neo-classic aesthetic engineered for stability and ease of use in traffic. The motorcycle includes an LED display for improved visibility and essential diagnostics and is powered by Oben’s durable and reliable LFP battery technology, which is well-suited for India’s varied climates. This technology provides enhanced temperature resistance and a longer lifespan.

The Rorr EZ can reach a top speed of 95 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. It offers a range of up to 175 km on a full charge and can be fast-charged to 80% in 45 minutes. It also comes with three driving modes—Eco, City, and Havoc—allowing riders to optimize either battery life or performance. Additionally, it includes advanced safety features like UBA, Geo-Fencing, Theft Protection, and DAS and is available in four colours: Electro Amber, Surge Cyan, Lumina Green, and Photon White.

Madhumita Agrawal, the Founder and CEO of Oben Electric, highlighted that the launch of Rorr EZ is a significant step towards democratizing electric mobility in India, contributing to the ‘Make in India’ mission. She remarked on the motorcycle’s role in transforming electric mobility into a viable option for all. The company also offers flexible EMI options and comprehensive after-sales service, including warranty packages extending up to 5 years or 75,000 km.

Looking ahead, Oben Electric plans to expand its retail presence by opening 60 new showrooms across major Indian cities in the near future.
