Telecom networks across southern India get a boost as Pace Digitek secures a ₹1.86 billion O&M contract from Tata Teleservices.
Pace Digitek Limited, a provider of telecom infrastructure solutions, has secured an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract from Tata Teleservices Limited worth almost ₹1.86 billion. The contract is set to commence in October 2025.
Under the agreement, Pace Digitek will manage end-to-end O&M operations for Tata Teleservices’ network across five southern Indian states: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. The scope includes outside plant (OSP) fibre network field operations and inside plant (ISP) operations. The initial term of the contract is three and a half years, with a possibility of extension based on mutual consent.
Rajiv Maddisetty, Whole-time Director of Pace Digitek, expressed pride over the partnership. “This recognition reflects the trust and value we deliver in the telecom infrastructure sector. We are committed to providing our full support and ensuring top-quality service throughout this collaboration,” he said.
Founded in 2003, Pace Digitek provides services ranging from tower infrastructure and optical fibre cable networks to installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The company recently commissioned a battery energy storage plant in Bengaluru.
The company said it is expanding its expertise in telecom power and solar solutions to cement its position in the forefront of the telecom infrastructure industry. The Tata Teleservices contract marks a key milestone, reinforcing Pace Digitek’s role as a trusted partner in managing large-scale operations and ensuring reliable networks across southern India.
