Polycab India has appointed Tapas Roy Chowdhury as president of Fans & Appliances vertical. Chowdhury, before joining Polycab India, was associated with Havells India.

Chowdhury on his appointment posted, “For me, Polycab is a large organization having a startup mindset. Chowdhury, in almost three decades of working, has been associated with the likes of Havells, Philips, Dabur India, Henkel India and Prcoter & Gamble. He has vast experince spanning through channel management, sales, BTL campaigns and other marketing activities.
