Kinetic Green Teams Up With JioThings For Smart TFT Cluster

Kinetic Green has partnered with JioThings to enhance its electric two-wheelers by incorporating sophisticated digital display platforms and analytics. This collaboration will provide riders with real-time navigation and connectivity features, significantly enhancing the overall user experience.

Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited, a leading Indian manufacturer of electric two- and three-wheelers, has announced a collaboration with JioThings, a subsidiary of Jio Platforms Limited, which is part of the Reliance Group. The partnership is set to enhance the user experience for Kinetic Green’s electric vehicle (EV) offerings through the integration of advanced connectivity and analytics solutions.

In this collaboration, Kinetic Green will launch a Smart TFT-based digital display platform for its electric two-wheeler (E2W) models. This platform will feature essential functionalities such as real-time navigation, incoming call notifications, and details on nearby charging stations, all aimed at improving the convenience and efficiency of the user’s journey. The technology promises to provide crucial information for both urban commuting and longer trips.

Furthermore, the platform will incorporate Bluetooth and telematics-enabled features, enabling users to control vehicle functions via their smartphones. Essential data like navigation, speed, battery charge status, and distance to empty will be directly accessible on the user’s device, fostering a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. Jio’s hardware and 4G connectivity will support the solution, ensuring its seamless integration.

This initiative is a part of Kinetic Green’s wider efforts to embed smart vehicle technology into its products, with an emphasis on enhancing usability, safety, and connectivity for EV users.
