Joyce will focus on driving commercial adoption, expanding the company’s customer base, and building a sustainable revenue growth strategy.
UK-based power electronics company Pulsiv has appointed Tim Joyce as Chief Executive Officer and member of its Board of Directors. Joyce succeeds Darrel Kingham, who has stepped down from the CEO role to pursue new opportunities.
Joyce takes over at a key stage in Pulsiv’s growth as the company moves from core technology development toward commercial expansion, product deployment, and generating initial revenues across global markets.
He joined Pulsiv six months ago as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the company, Joyce worked in investment banking, specialising in derivatives and building high-performing teams. He has also been an angel investor and adviser to early-stage companies and had invested in Pulsiv twice before joining the company.
As CFO, Joyce played a key role in shaping Pulsiv’s strategy. In his new role, he will focus on driving commercial adoption, expanding the company’s customer base, and building a sustainable revenue growth strategy.
Pulsiv said it will continue advancing its product roadmap under Joyce’s leadership, with a focus on high-efficiency AC-DC power conversion solutions designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce power losses, and enable smaller power electronics designs. The company is also expanding its patent portfolio as it targets markets worldwide.
