Tech innovation drives cross-disciplinary integration as NEPCON South China 2017 leads electronics mfg trend

In recent years, smart technology has replaced the internet as the buzzword of the times. Be it manufacturing, service, or finance, in every sector people are talking about robotics and AI, which are disrupting all established norms. Electronics manufacturing is making the accelerated transition to flexible, smart, and refined processes thanks to technological advancements.

The industry is offering a bigger space as more refined functional allocation and closer coordination lead the way to the future. With increasingly fierce market competition, industry players have to respond quickly and innovate readily. NEPCON, committed to providing a platform that offers cutting-edge industry intelligence and ensures cost efficiency for exhibitors and buyers alike over its operations of more than three decades, will see its 2017 installment at Shenzhen Conference and Exhibition Center 29-31 August.

Based in the center of the electronics manufacturing industry in South China, NEPCON South China 2017 again offers an industry fanfare to gather industry elites at an event of unprecedented scale and scope. The event will see over 600 leading brand names that come to showcase their innovation and technological strengths. Trade visitors get to know indispensable solutions for SMT, EMA, welding and glue spray, and test and measurement. They also get to follow up with the latest industry trends and technologies by participating in the many seminars and forums on the sideline of the event.

The 2016 installment featured an exhibition area of nearly 45,000 sqm, attracting 44,982 trade visitors, technical professionals and R&D engineers from all electronics manufacturers covering EMS/OEM/ODM, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, computing, telecommunications, and medical electronics, among others. The 2017 installment is expected to maintain the scope and appeal, with an exhibition area of over 45,000 sqm and to attract 600 leading brand names from 22 countries and regions as well as over 48,000 trade visitors.

Two additional professional events will take place side by side with NEPCON South China 2017, namely, CS Show and Automotive World China, offering the latest information regarding industrial automation, printed circuit, automotive semiconductor and electronic components, car-borne systems, autonomous driving, IoV, and automotive software in China as well as key insights on smart manufacturing, green technologies, and new processes and materials.
