Power-One to install inverters to accompany PV plant in Gujarat

Power-One Inc, a US based company, recently announced that it has installed its central inverters at a 25 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) plant in Gujarat.

Power-One has supplied 73 Aurora PVI-330.0-TL inverters for the plant, as well as medium voltage switch gears and transformers. The company expects that the PV plant will be completed in a few weeks.

“This project is another example of how Power-One is helping India’s solar economy to grow,” Dr Alex Levran, President of Renewable Energy Solutions, Power-One stated.

“We are continuing to be the inverter manufacturer of choice in this region with our popular modular Aurora central inverters which offer maximum energy harvesting for our customers.”
