Electronics manufacturing services provider Incap Corporation has signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent ownership of UK- based AWS Electronics Group. Through this acquisition, Incap will improve its service and product offering and widen its portfolio said Incap. It will also help Incap to strengthen its position in areas like the USA and South-East Asia.

Production facilities in the U.K. and Slovakia
AWS Electronics is an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider that specialises in high complexity services like industrial controls, medical, automotive, aerospace, scientific instrumentation, and controls. It has production facilities in the U.K. and Slovakia.
Increase commercial prospects between the U.K. and India
The companies said that the production facilities in the U.K. and Slovakia will complement Incap’s current production facilities located in Estonia and India. It will help to open up the opportunity to increase commercial prospects between the U.K. and India in particular. The acquisition will also help to bring benefits of material purchasing and cross-selling opportunities in the long term. The AWS business units will continue to run their operations as independent units within Incap Corporation. The units will follow Incap’s current business model.
