Electronics and industrial design engineers can use these ultra-compact AC/DC power supplies, which come in PCB and chassis mount configurations, for their critical building automation, industrial, and IT applications.
Element14 has announced the addition of the TMPW Series of ultra-compact AC/DC power supplies from Traco Power to its product lineup. The TMPW Series, ranging from 5 to 50 Watts, is designed to cater to various industrial and household applications, offering PCB and chassis mount options. The chassis mount variants are equipped with screw terminals or optional JST connectors and boast an extended input range of 90 – 305 VAC.
Key features of the TMPW series include a high I/O-isolation voltage of 4000 VAC, an operating temperature range of –40°C to +70°C, and Class II safety approvals. An internal EN 55032 Class B filter is integrated to eliminate the need for an external filter, further saving space. Additionally, the series is ERP ready, emphasising its energy-efficient design with less than 0.1 Watt standby power consumption, making it a sustainable choice for compact green power applications globally.
