Here is what the leaders shared on the company’s rebranding and partnership day:

Satish Luthra, chairperson of Ramakrishna Electro Components, traced the company’s origins to a spare parts business started in Delhi’s Lajpat Nagar in 1982, which later expanded through long-standing partnerships. He noted that India’s semiconductor ecosystem is now taking shape, with the company focusing on automotive, industrial and power segments, as well as emerging areas such as robotics and artificial intelligence (AI).

Sunny Malhotra, Chief Strategy Adviser, Ramakrishna Electro Components, mentioned, “India is entering an unprecedented phase of growth in electronics and semiconductors, and Ramakrishna Electro Components plays a vital role as the last-mile bridge between global manufacturers and customers.”

Shivang Luthra, MD of Ramakrishna Electro Components, added, “Our vision is grounded in purpose and powered by people. By embracing innovation, accountability, and collaboration, we are not just preparing for the future but shaping it. With the new blue-and-green logo, blue reflects stability and strength with our partners, while green represents growth. We look forward to growing alongside our suppliers and partners.”

Speaking to EFY, Ramakrishna’s award-winning partners also shared their experience:

Deki Electronics mentioned, “Ramakrishna Electro Components started in 1982 and Deki in 1984. As India’s pioneering manufacturer of film capacitors, we have always embraced the Make in India vision. Today, we are honoured to receive the Best Supplier award, reflecting decades of quality and innovation.”

Quectel, noted, “We are IT solution providers, and aligned with our Make in India vision, we have started manufacturing locally. We thank Mr Satish Luthra and Mr Shivang Luthra for this initiative. It is an excellent platform bringing customers and suppliers together.”

Kingston Technology said, “We are globally recognised and have been in electronics for over 40 years. We have been partnering with Ramakrishna Electro Components since 2019, and they remain one of our best partners and distributors.”

Vilas Parte, WeEn Semiconductors added, “We supply diodes, SCRs, IGBTs, and MOSFETs to the RK family. Ramakrishna stands out in mass markets and tier two regions. Their reach, local support, and commitment to Make in India are exceptional.”

Skai Auto Pvt. Ltd. highlighted, “We manufacture components for Hero MotoCorp and source from STMicroelectronics. Our association with RK spans over fifteen years, and their commitment and delivery capabilities are outstanding.”

Morioka from Kaga Electronics mentioned, “We are a Japanese EMS company focused on PCB assembly. We share a strong partnership with the RK Group and look forward to growing together.”

Anand Tripathi from Samwha Capacitors said, “We manufacture passive components, including capacitors, inductors, and resistors. Earlier, our interactions were limited to exhibitions, but this event allowed much closer engagement. We truly appreciate the recognition we received.”

Amir Azam, Genus Innovations, added, “We operate in the power sector and manufacture meters, with nearly sixty per cent of the Indian market. This event brought partners and customers closer, and we genuinely appreciate the effort behind it.”

NXP Semiconductors (Long Association Partner) shared, “The event is well organised, and it is always encouraging to see an India-based company scale from India to the global stage. We wish Ramakrishna continued success and look forward to a long-term partnership and sustained growth together.”
