VVDN Expands Manufacturing Potential to Serve Global Demand

The tech products company recently signed an MoU with Tamil Nadu to set up a 100 acres manufacturing plant in Pollachi

In order to meet increased global demand, a leading provider of engineering, manufacturing and digital solutions, VVDN Technologies said that it is expanding its manufacturing footprint with an emphasis on vertical integration and design-led manufacturing. While mentioning that it has seven manufacturing facilities, the company noted that one manufacturing facility in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu and a dedicated antenna manufacturing and assembly facility in Manesar are the recent additions to its infrastructure. Further, it plans to set up a 100 acres manufacturing plant in Pollachi as per the MoU signed with the Tamil Nadu Government.

VVDN claimed that its manufacturing infra has best-in-class 8 SMT lines, moulding & tooling factory, injection moulding, high-pressure die casting, extrusion, metal stamping facility, product assembly facilities, and product environment/reliability test certifications labs.

The company CEO, Puneet Agarwal remarked, “With a lot of business potential, we are continuously adding to our infrastructure for design-led manufacturing to serve our global customers and their local demands. We are pressing forward with vertical integration and have so far successfully integrated Testing, Mechanical, PCB Assembly and Engineering services. We are also working on our plan to add PCB fabrication in the next 1 to 2 years. These infrastructural expansions are the foundations to ensure top-notch product delivery which meets world standards in quality and efficiency. VVDN’s strong design and manufacturing capabilities set us apart and make the company a natural choice for customers from all over the world.”

VVDN believes that its unique strength of integrated design and manufacturing for hi-tech products is enabling large global customers to work with VVDN for their product design and manufacturing.

Saying that its strategy of vertical integration has provided it with a unique competitive edge, VVDN added that its capability to do PCB assembly, mechanical, tooling and moulding, complete PTS, and pre-compliance certification has enabled the company to mass manufacture the products with increased local BOM value adds up to 40-50%.
