Aimtron has signed a ₹97.55 crore agreement with a leading US infrastructure company to design and manufacture advanced, transformer-free UPS systems in India, the deal strengthens it’s global footprint and reinforces its role in IP-driven, Make in India electronics solutions.
Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) company Aimtron has signed a ₹97.55 crore Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) agreement with a leading US-based global player in digital infrastructure and continuity solutions. This long-term strategic partnership is a major milestone in Aimtron’s ambition to become a high-impact player in innovation-led electronics manufacturing.
Under this collaboration, Aimtron will lead the complete development of an advanced, transformer-free Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. The UPS will be compact, energy-efficient, and highly reliable—specifically designed to meet the growing needs of modern digital infrastructure and sensitive electronic systems across sectors.
The new UPS solution will aim to optimize space and improve energy efficiency while ensuring continuous, reliable performance. It marks a shift in the way power backup systems are designed, moving toward smarter, leaner, and more adaptable technology.

The UPS system will be entirely designed, validated, and manufactured in India, aligning with the company’s goal of delivering world-class products from Indian soil for global markets.
This deal underlines Aimtron’s growing capability in managing complete product lifecycles—from concept and prototyping to testing and large-scale production. It supports the company’s strategic goal of expanding its global presence and increasing value-added offerings. Additionally, it is scaling up operations across high-growth sectors like aerospace, defense, telecom, IoT, and AI-based technologies—backed by a skilled engineering team and upgraded infrastructure.
