Ambiq appoints Michele Connors as General Counsel, strengthening legal leadership to support growth in ultra low power edge AI solutions.
Ambiq has appointed Michele Connors as its new General Counsel with immediate effect, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to scale its ultra low power semiconductor solutions for edge artificial intelligence. The appointment comes at a key stage in Ambiq’s global growth as demand rises for energy efficient AI technologies across multiple industries.
Connors brings more than two decades of legal experience advising both start ups and established technology companies. A graduate of Stanford Law School, she has held senior in house legal roles at Cirrus Logic and Dell Technologies, and has also served as litigation counsel at leading law firms. Her background spans corporate governance, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and strategic risk management.
Fumihide Esaka, Chief Executive Officer of Ambiq, said Connors’ appointment would support the company’s next phase of expansion. He said her combination of deep legal expertise, technology sector experience and strategic leadership would help Ambiq innovate responsibly while advancing its long term mission in ultra low power edge AI.
