Fynd has entered manufacturing technology with its AI-enabled Fynd Forge system, already deployed at NeoLync’s electronics plant in Tirupati to connect production, quality control and traceability across multiple manufacturing programmes.
Fynd has entered manufacturing technology with Fynd Forge, an AI-enabled manufacturing execution system (MES) already running at NeoLync’s electronics facility in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The system connects production, quality control and traceability across more than 100 stations and nearly 90 process stages, with around 160 operators using it concurrently per shift.
Forge manages operations from component receipt and assembly to testing, packing and dispatch across multiple manufacturing programmes. Its AI assistant uses plain-language requests to identify stalled work orders, investigate defect patterns, process supplier documents and build workflows. It can also execute authorised tasks, recording actions for review, while forecasting capabilities support production planning.
The system validates components, enforces quality checks and prevents products with unresolved quality issues from being shipped. It connects directly to production machines and testing equipment, capturing data as manufacturing takes place. At NeoLync, it aligns material, inventory and production records with enterprise operations without replacing the existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
“Manufacturing is a new business segment for Fynd and a significant step in our growth beyond retail. With Forge, we are extending our technology from how products are sold to how they are made. Our partnership with NeoLync has grounded this expansion in the realities of a working factory, where every component, production step, and quality decision matters. We are entering this sector with a system already running live manufacturing programmes, giving us a strong foundation to serve more manufacturers and build this business further,” said Farooq Adam, Founder, Fynd.
Harish Kumar, Head of Business Operations, NeoLync, said: “Running different manufacturing programmes on the same floor means managing distinct processes, tests and customer requirements. Forge brings these into one system while retaining the controls each programme needs. Our teams can track a unit’s production history, understand its quality status and know whether it is ready for the next stage.”
