Friday, September 05, 2014: Havells Sylvania, a Havells India Ltd company, has launched a new generation high-quality GU10 LED PureForm lamps- RefLED Superia ES50 375Lm. These lamps exceed the IEC standard and also match the actual shape, size and profile of a halogen.
In comparison to the previous GU10 50W equivalent LED lamps, the new PureForm lamps offers increased light output, longevity, lower operating power and also high efficiency. The lamps also feature Coolfit technology which supports better thermal management. Edward Lees, Strategic Business Unit Manager LED at Havells Sylvania, said, “PureForm is more than a feature, it is our design ethos at Sylvania. We aim to retrofit perfectly the traditional lamp types making sure customers can switch to new technology without any headaches. PureForm represents the very essence of the traditional lamp in a modern guise and the new RefLED Superia ES50 is just the first example of this.”
The latest LED chip technology along with Sylvania’s expertise in product development, both have led to the new RefLED Superia ES50 375Lm which can replace traditional, energy-hungry halogen lamps. This is a compact product which delivers a rapid return on investment. The RefLED Superia ES50 GU10 375Lm (54W equivalent) is available in several colour temperatures like 2700K homelight, 3000K warmwhite and 4000K coolwhite. The lamps are manufactured at Sylvania’s state-of-the-art facility in Tienen, Belgium.
