The new bullet cameras are highly cost-effective and feature deep learning algorithms as well as a built-in graphics processing unit (GPU) for supporting upgraded algorithms in the future too.

Ease of installation

The latest version of thermal deep learning bullet cameras can find application in a vast range of solutions, including perimeter security and fire prevention, primarily in industry set-ups such as power stations, mines, airports and farms. The cameras come with a single-screw bracket and is designed keeping in mind the ease of installation. The compact size and neat, stable design of the cameras makes it suitable to install and adjust the angle freely, either by ceiling, wall or stand mounting.

With deep learning algorithms, the thermal deep learning bullet cameras provide powerful and accurate behaviour analysis, including detections such as line crossing, region entrance, intrusion and exit, Hikvision said in a statement.

Key features

The cameras are equipped with intelligent vehicle/human detection feature that helps in reducing false alarms caused by camera shake, animals, falling leaves, or any other irrelevant objects, thus considerably improving accuracy of alarms.

The built-in GPU in the latest bullet cameras deliver advanced imaging processing technology that can create best results in thermal imaging. The high-performing GPUs in the cameras can also support updates having more complex algorithms with bigger data samples in future in order to further enhance the intelligent effect of Video Content Analytics (VCA).

Presently, the DS-2TD2137/V1 series model is available. It is independently developed and manufactured by Hikvision.
