Intel has announced collaboration with eight Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) for manufacturing laptops in India. Under this collaboration, Intel will be sharing its expertise to facilitate the production of entry-level laptops in India. It will also provide support to ODMs spanning across Semi Knocked Down (SKD) and Completely Knocked Down (CKD) processes.
