Jubilant Ingrevia to Acquire 40% Stake in Zettaone Technologies for ₹189.2 Crore

The acquisition is part of Jubilant Ingrevia’s broader strategy to establish a presence in the Electronics Development and Manufacturing Services (EDMS) segment

Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a 40% strategic stake in Zettaone Technologies India Pvt Ltd for ₹189.2 crore. Following completion of the transaction, Zettaone Technologies will become an associate company of Jubilant Ingrevia.

Co-founded by Harikrishnan, Sureshkumar, Prabu and Arunkumar, Zettaone Technologies operates as an electronics design and manufacturing platform, offering integrated services across the electronics and semiconductor value chain.

The company provides capabilities spanning R&D, electronics design, manufacturing and assembly, with a focus on high-precision and mission-critical applications across aerospace, defence, semiconductors, automotive, medical and industrial sectors. Its expertise includes high-speed and high-power PCB design and manufacturing.

The acquisition is part of Jubilant Ingrevia’s broader strategy to establish a presence in the Electronics Development and Manufacturing Services (EDMS) segment. The transaction will be completed in two phases, with the first phase expected by November 2026 and the second by September 2027.

Shyam S Bhartia, Chairman, Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd, and Hari S Bhartia, Co-Chairman & Whole-Time Director, Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd, said the investment is aligned with the company’s Pinnacle growth strategy and will provide a platform to expand into the EDMS space.

Jubilant Ingrevia has been expanding its presence in the semiconductor ecosystem through its CDMO business and high-precision semiconductor chemicals. The company said it has made progress in establishing relationships with several global customers over the past two years.

Deepak Jain, CEO and Managing Director, Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd, said Zettaone’s expertise in high-speed and high-power PCB design and manufacturing would strengthen the company’s growing electronics and semiconductor business.

“The expertise in high-speed and high-power PCB design and manufacturing of Zettaone Technologies will further anchor our growing electronics/semiconductor business with an integrated value proposition to our customers,” Jain said.

For Zettaone Technologies, the investment is expected to strengthen its capabilities and market position in mission-critical electronics. Harikrishnan Gopal, CEO, Zettaone Technologies, said the partnership with the Jubilant Bhartia Group would reinforce the company’s position as a technology partner for customers across aerospace, defence, semiconductors, automotive, medical and industrial applications.

The acquisition will also allow Jubilant Ingrevia to combine its manufacturing and customer-focused strengths in the CDMO sector with Zettaone’s electronics design and manufacturing capabilities, creating an integrated offering across the electronics and semiconductor value chain.
