KIC, a global provider of thermal process optimization and automated profiling solutions with over 25,000 systems installed worldwide, has appointed Jos Timmermans as its new Research & Development Manager, effective July 20, 2026.
In his new role, Timmermans will lead KIC’s research and development initiatives, focusing on project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and the acceleration of next-generation solutions for electronics manufacturing.
Timmermans brings more than two decades of engineering leadership experience across vehicle electrification, battery systems, industrial charging solutions, and advanced testing technologies. His expertise spans engineering management, product innovation, prototype development, testing, commercialization, and patented technology development across multiple industries.
