L&T Technology Services Partners With SymphonyAI To Enhance Global AI Operations

The partnership has already deployed AI-based solutions for a joint customer, offering software-centric, cloud-native media services that promise reduced operating costs, increased productivity, and significant ROI through advanced IT service management capabilities.

L&T Technology Services announced a partnership to enhance AI operations for enterprises worldwide. Solutions are delivered through SymphonyAI Apex Service Management, an AI-based IT service management (ITSM) platform, and the Apex Enterprise Copilot to boost productivity, simplify tasks, and improve experiences for end users, analysts, and executives. The partnership has deployed AI-based Apex Service Management for a joint customer, providing software-centric, cloud-native solutions for media services. This customer benefits from LTTS’s relationship and Apex IT Service Management’s ease of adoption, low TCO, and API-based integration with third-party applications.

Apex Information Technology Service Management, powered by SymphonyAI’s Eureka platform, offers enterprise systems management capabilities with a lightweight architecture to roll out new services and resolve service requests up to 50% faster using generative AI. Replacing its legacy ITSM system, the customer will reduce operating costs, increase analyst productivity, and drive ROI by quickly configuring and ingesting existing customer operations, records, and SLAs.

Alind Saxena, Executive Director & President – Mobility & Tech at LTTS, stated, “L&T Technology Services’ domain consulting expertise and market leadership have established us as a partner in digital transformation for Fortune 500 companies. The synergy with SymphonyAI’s CoPilots and service management platform delivers customers rapid, predictive ROI through a transformative enterprise platform. We provide flexible, powerful solutions to customers worldwide.”

Kumar Abhimanyu, senior VP and global head of strategic partnerships at SymphonyAI, commented, “The combined value of SymphonyAI and LTTS provides customers in multiple industries with the benefits of digital transformation through predictive and generative AI.
