Strengthened Asian market reach gets accelerated as Navitas partners with WT to unify distribution and boost regional power semiconductor growth.
Navitas Semiconductor has expanded its partnership with WT Microelectronics to streamline its Asian distribution network and deliver stronger technical, commercial, and supply-chain support for its GaNFast gallium nitride (GaN) and GeneSiC silicon carbide (SiC) power devices. The move marks a key step in Navitas’ “Navitas 2.0” transformation strategy aimed at accelerating growth in high-power markets.
Under the renewed agreement, Navitas has consolidated its regional distributor base, while WT is deploying additional engineering and commercial resources to support critical sectors, including AI data centers, high-performance computing, grid and energy infrastructure, and industrial electrification. By unifying distribution through WT, Navitas aims to improve speed, quality of service, and customer responsiveness across Asia.
WT will now lead customer engagement, design-in support, and logistics, ensuring consistent product availability and faster delivery for Navitas’ wide-bandgap power devices. The strengthened collaboration is expected to help customers transition to high-efficiency, high-voltage semiconductor technologies essential for next-generation power systems.
“As part of our Navitas 2.0 transformation, we decided to massively consolidate our distribution network so we can better align to our high-power growth markets,” said Alessandro Squeri, Vice President Global Distribution, Operations & Transformation at Navitas. “WT’s market expertise will help accelerate the adoption of Navitas technologies in fast-growing segments.”
Eric Cheng, Founder, Chairman and CEO of WT Microelectronics, added, “WT brings exceptional technical support and extensive customer reach. We are delighted to support Navitas as their preferred partner during this next phase of their growth.”
