Assembly Products extends sales and support coverage for Nordson’s electronics manufacturing and advanced packaging equipment across the US, Canada
California-based Nordson Electronics Solutions has announced an expanded distribution partnership with Assembly Products, an arm of Blackstone Global.
The pact will help the company to extend sales and support coverage for their equipment used in electronics manufacturing and advanced packaging across United States and Canada.
While Assembly Products already has ASYMTEK solutions in its portfolio, the new agreement will add distribution scope for MARCH plasma systems and the SELECT selective soldering product line as well.
According to the company, Blackstone Global’s technical expertise will further enhance distribution network and customer support within North America.
Evelyn Landsberger, Director of Sales at Nordson Electronics Solutions, said the pact will position the company to meet increased demand in electronics manufacturing more effectively. “This new partnership will strengthen support for our customers across North America.” she added.
Assembly Products will serve as an authorised distributor in the United States and Canada except California, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas where Nordson will continue direct sales operations.
In addition to sales and service, Assembly Products will also support customisation requirements and give tailored solutions to the customers.
Nordson added that its Americas sales team is working closely with Assembly Products to ensure a smooth transition and effective implementation of the partnership.
