Rajiv Gupta is moving from his position of CEO at Tricolite Electrical Industries Limited (Tricolite). There is no update as to where he will be based next.
He recently posted, “As I complete my three-year contract at Tricolite, I am delighted to handover the reins to Ms Meera Chauhan, Director and the 4th generation of the family.”
Gupta had been working with Tricolite from April 2021. Prior to that he was associated with Honda Cars India as the company’s VP of sales and marketing. He had no prior experience of working in electrical manufacturing or B2B industry prior to joining Tricolite.
In his working experience, that spans over three decades, he has also worked with Honda Siel Power Products, Reliance Industries, EGE Global Education, and Banyan Capital Advisors as well.
“The journey of last three years has been exceptionally fulfilling in terms of love and support from the team and the results achieved: Topline growth of 2.5X (2.5 Times), EBITA growth of an even higher order, Significant drop in Attrition across levels, Great Place To Work Certification,” he posted on social media.
