Enhancing customer support, PNY establishes a local RMA facility in India for NVIDIA GeForce and professional GPUs.
PNY Technologies has announced the launch of a dedicated local RMA service in India for its NVIDIA GeForce and NVIDIA Professional GPU lineup, a move aimed at significantly reducing turnaround times for warranty claims. The new RMA operations will be managed in partnership with Repair and Return Technology Pvt Ltd (R&R), enabling Indian customers to avoid lengthy international shipping and processing delays.
The company said the local setup is designed to streamline logistics, accelerate diagnostics, and deliver faster issue resolution for end users, system integrators, and enterprise customers relying on NVIDIA graphics hardware. The initiative marks one of PNY’s most substantial service focused investments in the Indian market.

R&R Vice President S Sultan Ibrahim said the partnership strengthens India’s support ecosystem for high performance GPUs. “Our collaboration allows us to combine our diagnostics expertise with PNY’s service vision, ensuring faster turnaround and a more reliable support experience across the country,” he noted.
