Discover how these innovations are set to reshape the EV charging ecosystem, reduce costs, and facilitate seamless travel between India and Europe.

Servotech Power Systems Ltd. is set to revolutionize the EV charging landscape with two groundbreaking patents aimed at simplifying and enhancing charging infrastructure. These patents pave the way for swift DC charging of any GB/T Bharat DC 001 vehicle utilizing a CCS2 connector, operating on 72V/96VDC, with the assistance of a compact supplementary device. The significance of these patents lies in their potential to create a robust, interoperable, and cost-efficient EV charging ecosystem.

One of the key advantages of Servotech’s innovative technology is its ability to eliminate the need for dual infrastructure expenses. Users can now charge GB/T Bharat DC 001 vehicles through widely available CCS2 chargers, a development that promises to benefit fleet services and vehicles such as small trucks and lorries adhering to the GB/T Bharat DC 001 protocol. The GB/T Bharat DC 001 standard is widely adopted for fast charging in India, while the CCS2 standard enjoys global acceptance in regions like Europe and the UK. Servotech’s visionary advancement opens up new avenues for GB/T Bharat DC 001 vehicle manufacturers and greatly facilitates EV owners’ travel between India and Europe.
