Reported rise in profit and revenue growth for FY25, driven by financial performance and enhanced operational efficiency, including shorter debtor cycles and leaner inventory.

Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ending March 31, 2025. For FY25, consolidated revenue reached ₹67,680.0 lakh, up from ₹35,526.5 lakh in FY24, reflecting a 91% increase. EBITDA stood at ₹5,793.8 lakh compared to ₹2,236.5 lakh in the previous year. Profit before tax (PBT) rose to ₹4,480.56 lakh from ₹1,616.60 lakh, and profit after tax (PAT) reached ₹3,263.7 lakh, a rise of 176.5% over FY24. PAT margin improved from 3.3% to 4.8%.
In Q4 FY25, consolidated revenue was ₹14,746.0 lakh, up 7.9% year-on-year. EBITDA increased to ₹1,338.0 lakh from ₹605.0 lakh. PBT stood at ₹1,050.6 lakh, compared to ₹464.6 lakh in Q4 FY24. PAT was ₹771.6 lakh, up 123.4%.
Standalone figures for FY25 showed revenue of ₹58,910.9 lakh, up from ₹30,721.0 lakh in FY24. EBITDA increased to ₹5,862.96 lakh from ₹2,173.43 lakh. PBT rose to ₹4,528.68 lakh from ₹1,553 lakh, and PAT increased to ₹3,346.7 lakh from ₹1,132.6 lakh. PAT margin increased from 3.7% to 5.7%.
Standalone Q4 FY25 revenue was ₹12,674.03 lakh, compared to ₹12,119.46 lakh in Q4 FY24. EBITDA stood at ₹1,363.08 lakh, while PBT reached ₹1,051.00 lakh and PAT was ₹784.68 lakh, rising 145.5% year-on-year.
The company reported operational efficiency gains, including a reduction in the average debtor cycle to 86 days and a decrease in inventory holding to 35 days, due to procurement and production planning measures.Managing Director Raman Bhatia stated the company plans to expand domestic manufacturing, scale innovations, and increase international market presence to support continued growth in EV and solar sectors.
