SignOff Semiconductors Expands Into Israel

Setting a new India–Israel design corridor, Bengaluru’s SignOff Semiconductors expands into Tel Aviv to tap chip-engineering demand with a partnership aimed at accelerating silicon development.

SignOff Semiconductors has reportedly opened a new sales office in Israel as part of its global expansion plan. According to PTI, the move is aimed at meeting rising demand for advanced chip design and engineering support in one of the world’s strongest semiconductor ecosystems.

The Bengaluru-based company offers end-to-end VLSI design services, covering specification to GDSII. Its portfolio spans physical design, DFT, post-silicon bring-up, analogue layout and full-chip execution. The firm also works on the most advanced process nodes, including 2nm.

The Israel office will operate in partnership with MosaIC, a Tel Aviv-based representation firm led by Gary Golembo. MosaIC will serve as SignOff’s official sales representative in the country. It will manage customer outreach, partnerships and account development across established fabless companies, startups and design-focused organisations.

SignOff said the expansion strengthens the growing engagement between the Indian and Israeli semiconductor industries. Many global chip companies have R&D teams in Israel, while India has become a major source of engineering and execution talent.

Rakesh Trivedi, Chief Strategy Officer and Growth Head at SignOff, said the two countries offer highly complementary strengths. He noted that Israel hosts cutting-edge design centres in AI, HPC, automotive, networking and security. India, he said, brings scale, speed and deep engineering expertise.

He also added that the new presence in Israel reflects a long-term commitment to support faster and more efficient silicon development for local firms.

MosaIC’s Gary Golembo welcomed the partnership. He said SignOff’s capabilities in physical design, DFT/ATPG and full-chip programmes align well with the needs of Israel’s innovation-driven semiconductor sector.

He expects the collaboration to help companies reduce design cycles and accelerate time-to-market.

SignOff Semiconductors is headquartered in Bengaluru and supports global semiconductor clients through flexible engagement models, offshore development centres and turnkey project delivery. MosaIC operates across Israel and Europe, offering services to the semiconductor, defence and medical technology industries.
