Syrma SGS Announces New Facility With Elemaster Group in Bengaluru

The new facility will serve as a platform for expanding high-reliability electronics manufacturing in India

Syrma SGS Technology, in partnership with Elemaster Group have launched a new 20,000 sq. ft. high-reliability electronics manufacturing facility in Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru.

The facility has various machines and technologies, such as Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Through-Hole Technology (THT), and box-build assembly lines. It will strengthen the partnership’s capabilities to manufacture complex electronics for high-reliability applications.

The facility will serve sectors including railways and transportation, industrial electronics, energy, and medical electronics, while also supporting domestic and global OEMs seeking high-quality electronics manufacturing from India.

The partnership combines Syrma SGS’s manufacturing scale, supply-chain ecosystem and India-based execution capabilities with Elemaster’s expertise in electronic design, engineering and high-reliability manufacturing, along with its relationships with European and global OEMs.

The inauguration was attended by Dr. Giandomenico Milano, Consul General of Italy in Bengaluru, along with leadership teams from both companies, customers and other stakeholders. The event also highlighted the growing industrial and technology collaboration between India and Italy.

According to the companies, the new facility will serve as a platform for expanding high-reliability electronics manufacturing in India and creating globally competitive, Made-in-India solutions for critical applications.

The joint venture aims to leverage the facility to support both existing and new customers while strengthening India’s role in global electronics supply chains.
