A mutual settlement brings closure to a long-running dispute linked to telecom logistics services.
TVS Supply Chain Solutions has settled its long-standing debt dispute with ZTE Telecom India, bringing an end to a payment disagreement that had continued for several years. Following the settlement, TVS Supply Chain withdrew its appeal related to insolvency proceedings, confirming that both companies have mutually resolved the matter.
The dispute stemmed from logistics and supply chain services provided by TVS Supply Chain to ZTE under multiple service agreements supporting telecom infrastructure projects. The logistics firm managed equipment movement, operational support, and project-related supply chain activities, raising invoices periodically for completed work.
Payment issues arose when several invoices were allegedly delayed or partially cleared, leading to outstanding dues over time. TVS Supply Chain maintained that payments remained pending despite repeated follow-ups, while ZTE raised concerns over billing discrepancies identified during internal audits. The disagreement largely revolved around reconciliation of accounts rather than service delivery.
The settlement reflects a commercial resolution aimed at avoiding prolonged disputes and allowing both companies to focus on ongoing operations. ZTE Telecom India continues to supply telecom equipment to major network operators across the country, while TVS Supply Chain remains focused on expanding its logistics and supply chain services across telecom, automotive, and industrial sectors.
Industry observers note that complex infrastructure projects often involve extended billing cycles and account reconciliation challenges. By resolving the dispute through mutual agreement, both companies have cleared legacy financial issues and are now positioned to move forward without further conflict.
