Wardwizard Partners With Ampvolts To Boost EV Charging Network

Wardwizard will select strategic sites for establishing EV charging stations, while Ampvolts will provide the necessary EV charging equipment.

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd, an electric vehicle manufacturer known for its Joy e-bike and Joy e-rik brands, recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding with Ampvolts Ltd, which was formerly known as Quest Softech (India). This collaboration aims to develop advanced EV charging infrastructure across India and other international markets. The strategic alliance is intended to build a robust ecosystem to support green mobility, tapping into the growing demand for sustainable transportation solutions.

Under the partnership, Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility will take on the role of identifying strategic locations for establishing EV charging stations and will serve as the front-end partner for key projects. The company will provide financial and logistical support to expedite the development of an effective EV ecosystem.

Ampvolts will contribute by supplying EV charging equipment, including chargers and associated hardware, and will also offer customised CMS software for seamless payment processing and online monitoring systems. Additionally, Ampvolts plans to expand its Battery as a Service (BaaS) offerings to Wardwizard’s business-to-business clients, enhancing scalable energy solutions.

Yatin Gupte, Chairman and Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility, emphasized that the collaboration with Ampvolts marks a significant step in their mission to foster a sustainable and robust EV ecosystem. He highlighted that Ampvolts’ expertise in developing customised charging infrastructure would provide reliable and efficient charging options to enhance the EV experience for customers.

Vipul Chauhan, Managing Director of Ampvolts, remarked on the beneficial aspects of partnering with Wardwizard, noting the company’s deep expertise in electric vehicle manufacturing and its established market presence. He expressed that leveraging Ampvolts’ advanced technologies and value propositions, along with Wardwizard’s strong customer base and understanding of mobility needs, would allow them to tailor their charging equipment and software solutions to deliver maximum value.

The partnership reflects both companies’ dedication to fostering innovation and addressing the rising demand for environmentally friendly mobility solutions.
