Multi-function enclosure
In June 2013, Molex Premise Networks launched its multi-function enclosure, a 1U configurable rack mount unit for storing and terminating incoming fibre cable. Designed to accommodate a wide variety of termination types, adaptor configurations as well as different cassettes, the enclosure is also constructed to allow maximum flexibility in routing fibres. The heavy duty ball bearing slide mechanism incorporated into the design allows easy access to fibres, and the interchangeable front plate facilitates upgrades, as required. The enclosure has an optional front locking kit and optional front cable management to securely route patch cords.

Hot air thermoplastic welding gun
In May 2013, Dharmesh Enterprises Pvt Ltd added a hot air thermoplastic welding/tarpaulin welding gun by BAK Thermoplastic Welding Technology AG to its portfolio. The BAK RION is a compact hand-held hot air welder with step-less adjustment of electronically controlled temperature, ranging from 20 to 650°C. The total power output is 1600 W and the gun has an airflow of 250 l/min with 3000 pa static pressure. It has an ergonomic handle, which makes welding very easy and accurate. It can be used to weld different types of thermoplastic materials that are used in roofing, flooring, tarps, plastic fabrication, etc.
