Percepio AB And Lynx Software Partner For Advanced Aerospace And Defense Observability

Discover how this strategic alliance is poised to elevate observability solutions and redefine system functionality in mission-critical applications.

Percepio AB has officially entered into a value-added reseller agreement with Lynx Software Technologies, a pioneer in modern platform software technologies. This collaboration marks a significant development in aerospace and defense technology, as it will empower Lynx Software Technologies to offer its clientele the cutting-edge Percepio Tracealyzer software. This software is poised to revolutionise the domain of full-stack observability, thereby expediting the development and verification processes for critical edge applications. Under the terms of the agreement, the company’s software will be seamlessly integrated into Lynx’s trusted platforms and incorporated into the comprehensive observability framework of LYNX MOSA.ic. To be introduced under the branding “Lynx SpyKer-TZ Powered by Tracealyzer from Percepio,” the software will be an integral part of company’s software framework, with the first customer delivery already underway.

A pivotal element enabling this collaboration is the recently launched Tracealyzer SDK, which offers extensive integration and customization options for full-stack edge observability. This will enable Lynx Software Technologies to seamlessly incorporate Tracealyzer observability across all levels of its trusted software stack, including the LynxOS-178 real-time operating system. The result will be ready-to-run solutions that fully harness the advanced capabilities offered by Tracealyzer. This strategic partnership promises to elevate observability solutions within the aerospace and defense sector, setting a new standard for system functionality and performance in mission-critical applications.

Percepio’s CTO and founder, Dr. Johan Kraft, expressed his pride in this partnership, stating, “We are proud to collaborate with Lynx to bring our observability solutions to the most advanced, high-assurance platforms and systems in Aerospace and Defense. Aerospace and Defense applications are becoming increasingly complex, and observability is an effective remedy for improving productivity in complex system development. Lynx has identified observability as a key capability in their visionary roadmap, and we are looking forward to helping accelerate this mission together with our new partner.”

Speaking about the significance of this partnership, Ian Ferguson, VP Marketing and Strategic Alliances at Lynx Software Technologies, emphasized, “Comprehensive system observability is critical in accelerating the creation of highly complex mission-critical systems. Tracealyzer strengthens the platform capabilities of our LYNX MOSA.ic product offering, providing our customers with insight to guarantee system functionality, performance, and real-time behavior.”
