Radbon Electronics Earns IPC/WHMA-A-620 QML Validation for High-Reliability Manufacturing

The company plans to further strengthen its high-reliability manufacturing capabilities through investments in talent development, process optimisation and smart manufacturing

Radbon Electronics has successfully passed the IPC/WHMA-A-620 Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) validation conducted by the Global Electronics Association, earning a place on the IPC Global Qualified Manufacturers List. The validation confirms that Radbon’s manufacturing processes can produce cable and wire harness assemblies meeting IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 requirements.

IPC/WHMA-A-620 is an international standard covering requirements and acceptance criteria for cable and wire harness assemblies. The QML validation evaluates manufacturing capabilities, process control, quality management, inspection systems and traceability mechanisms, providing customers and system integrators with a reference for qualifying manufacturing partners.

The achievement strengthens its position in high-reliability electronics manufacturing for applications including aerospace, defence, space and satellite communications. These sectors require consistent quality, controlled manufacturing processes and product traceability for reliable operation in demanding environments.

Winny Lin, General Manager of Global Electronics Association Taiwan, said Radbon’s successful validation demonstrates that its manufacturing processes meet the standard’s requirements across all three product classes and reflects its commitment to process discipline and quality management.

Eddie Chen, Chairman of Radbon Electronics, said the Class 3 qualification reflects the company’s focus on aerospace, space, satellite and other high-reliability applications. Radbon provides manufacturing solutions ranging from wire harness assembly to complete system manufacturing.

The company plans to further strengthen its high-reliability manufacturing capabilities through investments in talent development, process optimisation and smart manufacturing. Its inclusion on the Global Qualified Manufacturers List is expected to improve its visibility among international customers seeking suppliers aligned with IPC standards.
