The joint venture will focus on the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy assets, including solar and wind projects, across India.
Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has entered into a joint venture with UAE-based Minerva Holding RSC to develop renewable energy projects across India, strengthening its international collaboration strategy.
The agreement has been signed through Adani Renewable Energy Middle East Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of AGEL. As part of the arrangement, EPointZero Holding RSC Ltd—a unit of International Holding Company PJSC—has partnered with AGEL, with Minerva acting as the project development and operations arm.
Under the deal structure, AGEL UAE will acquire up to a 20% stake in Minerva Renewables Holding RSC. Governance provisions allow Minerva to appoint up to four directors to the board, while AGEL will nominate one director, ensuring a collaborative approach to decision-making.
The joint venture will focus on the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy assets, including solar and wind projects, across India. This partnership aligns with India’s growing clean energy demand and its ambitious renewable capacity targets.
The collaboration is expected to accelerate project execution, bring in global investment, and support the expansion of sustainable energy infrastructure, reinforcing AGEL’s position as a key player in the global renewable energy landscape.
