AI-based Medical Assistant Mediktor Joins Hands With Kore.ai

The partners aim to use natural language processing and machine learning to uncover meaningful insights from unstructured medical text and enhance treatment efficacy

Leading enterprise conversational AI software platform and solutions company, Kore.ai recently announced an integration partnership with Mediktor, an advanced AI-based medical assistant for triage and pre-diagnosis. With this cooperation, the partners aim to deliver a digital-first healthcare assessment to improve access to care, boost the patient experience, and generate better health outcomes. The collaborators consider this integration a significant advancement in care assistance.

Kore.ai and Mediktor plan to offer healthcare providers a conversational, multilingual, omnichannel healthcare assessment available 24/7 to drive patient engagement and improve care navigation. In this, as per the official statement, Kore.ai’s EMR integration-ready solution, HealthAssist will help healthcare providers seamlessly support care navigation and triaging of patients while benefiting from powerful metrics.

It further added that by combining natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning together, the companies aim to promote health equity and accessibility for all, as the technology allows patients to describe their symptoms in their own words, leveraging 45,000 synonyms in 16 languages.
