Riding high on defence, exports, and IoT demand, Aimtron Electronics posts record-breaking half-year results with a 112.5% YoY surge in revenue.
Aimtron Electronics Ltd has reported its half-year performance, calling it its ‘strongest-ever’ gains in revenue and profitability for the period ending 30 September 2025 (H1 FY26). The electronics design and manufacturing (ESDM) firm said the surge was fuelled by robust demand across defence, exports, IoT, and ODM segments.
Consolidated revenue rose 112.5% year-on-year to ₹1225.8 million, while EBITDA climbed 104.8% to ₹301.1 million. Net profit jumped 81.4% to ₹202.9 million. Sequentially, revenue was up 20.8%, reflecting continued growth momentum.
The company credited its record numbers to strong export traction, new defence and UAV contracts, and the accelerating shift toward design-led Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) programmes in IoT and industrial applications. Improved product mix and operational efficiency also contributed to higher margins.
Receivables dropped sharply to ₹450 million from ₹870 million in the previous half-year, underscoring Aimtron’s focus on cash flow and working capital discipline. The company also reported improved inventory efficiency, supporting sustainable scalability.
Aimtron closed the period with a robust order book of ₹4638.5 million, nearly three times its FY25 revenue, spanning defence, industrial, and global customer segments. Key wins included a ₹975.5 million ODM contract with a leading US infrastructure firm and a ₹460 million domestic order for 50,000 AI/IIoT box-build units.
In August 2025, the company raised ₹945.7 million through convertible warrants to fund its greenfield expansion under Aimtron Mechatronics Pvt Ltd. The new three-acre (approximately 1.21 hectares) facility will feature six SMT lines and a dedicated ODM R&D zone, boosting capacity and enabling faster delivery cycles.
Aimtron also received the AS9100D certification in October 2025, opening access to international aerospace and defence markets. It has since secured an order from a Navratna PSU in electronic communication.
Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Jeram Vasani said, “FY26 marks a turning point for Aimtron. Despite global challenges, we delivered record growth while cementing our role as a trusted design and manufacturing partner. With expanded capacity and a strong ODM pipeline, we are well-prepared for the next phase of growth.”
