From sensors to relays, Anglia’s new deal with Sensata eyes to strengthen design support and supply chains across Europe’s engineering landscape.
Anglia Components has signed a Pan-European distribution agreement with Sensata Technologies, expanding its portfolio with a wide range of sensing and electrical protection solutions.
The deal, announced on 23 February 2026, will see Anglia focus on Sensata’s pressure sensors, reed relays and liquid level sensors under the ‘Cynergy3’ brand, solid state relays from Crydom, circuit breakers and thermostats from Airpax, and high-voltage relays from Gigavac.
The agreement extends Anglia’s reach across Europe, with Sensata highlighting Anglia’s ability to serve customers in the EU, UK, and Ireland through its Anglia Live eCommerce platform.
Sensata’s EMEA Industrial Distribution Sales Manager, Jacek Kacprowicz, said the partnership would complement Anglia’s existing product line and support new design-in opportunities.
“Our products complement Anglia’s existing line card and we look forward to partnering with them to achieve new design-in wins,” he said.
Anglia’s Marketing Director, John Bowman, noted that Sensata’s established brands provide design engineers with reliable, high-quality solutions, adding that the partnership strengthens Anglia’s offering for industrial customers.
Sensata products will now be available directly via Anglia Live, streamlining access for engineers and manufacturers.
The technical support will be provided through initiatives such as Ezysample, which delivers free components and evaluation tools to customers across Europe, backed by product specialists and field applications engineers.
Anglia also emphasises sustainability, shipping goods in recyclable packaging and offsetting unavoidable emissions through climate schemes.
Anglia Components, a privately-owned distributor, works with semiconductor and component manufacturers, supporting OEM and EMS companies across multiple sectors.
The company stocks over two billion components from more than 1.7 million product lines at its UK distribution centre, offering same-day dispatch and services such as vendor-managed inventory, KAN-BAN, and BoM management tools.
