Ashutosh Agarwal has been elevated to the role of Country Manager – India at Samtec Inc., where he will oversee the company’s operations in the country. In his new position, he will focus on expanding Samtec’s local footprint, strengthening technical support capabilities, and accelerating design cycles to meet the growing demands of India’s electronics and semiconductor ecosystem.
Agarwal’s mandate also includes enhancing customer alignment and building strategic partnerships to support next-generation designs across key high-growth sectors such as automotive, telecom, industrial automation, defence, and AI infrastructure.
With over 15 years of experience at Samtec, Agarwal has played a significant role in shaping the company’s distribution strategy and improving customer engagement nationwide. Prior to this promotion, he served as Director of Distribution – India, where he successfully integrated global best practices with local market needs.
Backed by a strong engineering background and deep expertise in channel management and technical leadership, Agarwal is expected to drive innovation, operational excellence, and ecosystem collaboration, further strengthening Samtec’s growth trajectory in India.
