Calcom Vision’s Q3 Revenue Up 9.25%, Profits Soar

Despite margin decline, Calcom Vision sees a 9.25 per cent revenue boost in Q3 FY25, with profits soaring 747.53 per cent. It plans to expand its export and product range.

Calcom Vision Limited, an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and original design manufacturing (ODM) company, has released its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2024.

For Q3 FY25, the company reported a 9.25 per cent increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹446.6 million, compared to ₹408.8 million in the same quarter of the previous year.

The company attributed this growth to increased production of LED Battens, the automation of bulb manufacturing, and an expanded solar light segment. Infrastructure and marketing efforts also contributed to attracting new customers and expanding into new markets.

The company further reported a significant 747.53 per cent year-on-year increase in its profit after tax (PAT), which rose to ₹3.1 million in Q3 FY25, compared to ₹360,000 in the same quarter of the previous year.

Calcom’s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) also saw a notable increase of 101.93 per cent, reaching ₹43.7 million, up from ₹21.6 million in Q3 FY24.

However, despite the increase in revenue and profits, the company’s operating EBITDA margin declined to 9.79 per cent in Q3 FY25 from 12.27 per cent in Q3 FY24.

“We have marked the highest third-quarter sales in the company’s history. This notable uptick in sales, revenue, and net income highlights our company’s resilience and strategic acumen,” commented Sushil Kumar Malik, Chairman and Managing Director of Calcom Vision, in response to the performance.

He also mentioned several key developments, including the completion of designs for new lighting products and ongoing trials for EV chargers. Additionally, the company is expanding its export operations and has secured increasing orders.

Calcom Vision, founded in 1976, has evolved from producing a variety of consumer durables to specialising in LED lighting and energy-efficient electronics. The company operates a fully integrated manufacturing facility in Greater Noida and continues to develop its product portfolio in response to market demands.
