DISPLAY VISIONS expands in response to rising demand and technological advances in visualisation solutions for industrial automation.
DISPLAY VISIONS has expanded its presence in the programmable logic controller (PLC) market with a new line of touch-enabled display products aimed at supporting industrial automation. The company says the move responds to growing demand and technological developments in visualisation solutions.
PLCs, which are central to modern industrial manufacturing, are increasingly evolving from simple logic units into connected computing nodes, driven by trends such as the Industrial Internet of Things and networked infrastructures. DISPLAY VISIONS is offering human-machine interfaces designed to improve transparency and usability in monitoring and controlling industrial processes.
The new display modules feature capacitive touch technology and hardwearing glass surfaces, enabling operation similar to that of smartphones. They provide brightness levels of around 1,000 cd/m² to remain readable in challenging lighting conditions. The modules support standard Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU protocols, allowing integration with a wide range of controllers, and can be mounted on walls or installed in panels.
The company has emphasised that the solutions are offered without additional software licences or subscription costs. Programming services are also available to help customers implement customised visualisations.
DISPLAY VISIONS continues to base its development, manufacturing, warehousing, and customer support in Germany, aiming to maintain quality standards and provide direct support for integration issues.
The expansion reflects the ongoing evolution of industrial automation, with companies seeking more connected and user-friendly interfaces for PLCs.
