Ekkaa Electronics has filed for a ₹7.25 billion IPO, with ₹2.25 billion planned for debt repayment and ₹1.5 billion for working capital as the consumer electronics OEM/ODM scales manufacturing.
Noida-based consumer electronics manufacturer Ekkaa Electronics has filed preliminary papers with SEBI for a ₹7.25 billion IPO, comprising ₹5.25 billion in fresh equity and a ₹2 billion offer-for-sale (OFS) by promoters Chandra Prakash Gupta and Madhuri Gupta. The company may reduce the fresh issue size if it completes a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹105 crore before filing the final prospectus.
Debt repayment is a key use of the fresh capital. Ekkaa had ₹3.96 billion in outstanding borrowings as of June 2026 and plans to allocate ₹2.25 billion of net IPO proceeds towards debt repayment to reduce interest costs and strengthen its balance sheet. Another ₹150 crore is earmarked for working capital to support manufacturing operations.
Ekkaa operates as an OEM and ODM for consumer electronics, manufacturing products including LED televisions, washing machines, and air coolers for various consumer brands.
The company reported ₹12.21 billion in consolidated revenue and ₹653 million profit in FY2025-26. It competes with established Indian electronics manufacturers including Dixon Technologies, Amber Enterprises, and PG Electroplast, with manufacturing costs, pricing, scale, and supply-chain reliability remaining key competitive factors.
The company’s ability to scale production while maintaining margins will be important as it deploys the new capital. Abakkus Asset Manager holds a 6.5% stake, while investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal holds 2.7%, following private placements in 2025 and 2026.
