Monday, September 23, 2013: ELCINA Electronic Industries Association of India (ELCINA) at its 45th annual general meeting held in New Delhi on Sept 20, 2013 elected Subhash Goyal, managing director, Digital Circuits Pvt Ltd, as president for the year 2013-14. Goyal was earlier the vice president of ELCINA.
Goyal is a first generation entrepreneur with vast experience in electronics manufacturing services. He is an engineering graduate in electronics & communication from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and MBA in systems from All India Management Association. He served in Instrumentation Ltd Kota for 12 years, where he gained experience in the field of design, engineering, production, quality control and planning. He has undergone specialised training with Foster Cambridge (UK) in PCB testing and designing of test Jigs.
Goyal set up Digital Circuits Pvt Ltd, a leading electronic manufacturing service (EMS) provider headquartered at Bengaluru. It has its manufacturing units at Bengaluru, Mysore, Baddi (Himachal Pradesh), Rudrapur (Uttaranchal) and Pune.
