Element14 Boosts Automation And Monitoring With ADI’s Precision Signal Chains

The sectors of industrial automation, energy monitoring, and test and measurement are all set to gain from the exceptional precision offered.

Element14 has announced the addition of the full range of precision signal chains from Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) to its offerings. This new range aims to assist users in crafting the optimal end-solution for a variety of applications. Customers can now access and customize solutions that are fine-tuned for challenging applications, spanning from sensors to bits. These signal chains can be ordered directly from the company’s website.

Jose Lok, the Product Category Director for Semiconductors at Element14, stated, “Element14 is well-equipped to support developers in integrating ADI technology into their designs, significantly reducing time to market. With ADI’s high-precision signal chains, development engineers can enhance their solutions for a wide array of applications, including electrification, automotive, digital health, instrumentation, smart industry, energy, and sustainability.”

The precision signal chains now available from Element14 encompass a variety of solutions:

  • Precision Current Sensing: These signal chains are designed to address complex current measurement tasks in various applications.
  • Precision High Voltage: Combining precision high voltage amplifiers, DACs, difference amplifiers, and matched resistor networks, ADI’s precision high voltage signal chains offer comprehensive solutions.
  • Isolated Gate Drive and Sense: Offering a combination of robust switch control and scalable multichannel monitoring, these signal chains provide a versatile solution for AC/DC and DC/AC applications.
  • Precision Low Power: Tailored for battery-powered or power-sensitive applications, ADI’s precision low power signal chains are optimized for compact size and efficiency.
  • Precision Narrow Bandwidth: These signal chains are focused on optimizing performance in systems where signals of interest range from DC to approximately 10 kHz.
  • Precision Medium Bandwidth: Catering to applications requiring accuracy across signal bandwidths from DC to 500 kHz, these chains support sampling rates up to 4 MSPS.
  • Precision Wide Bandwidth: ADI’s precision wide bandwidth signal chains offer the insight and flexibility needed to fine-tune application-specific parameters for measurement and drive solutions.

Sabine Colen, Director of the Global E-commerce Channel at Analog Devices, added, “The advantage of ADI’s precision technology signal chains lies in their comprehensive, customizable solutions and the wealth of knowledge accumulated over more than 50 years of experience and expertise.” These precision technology signal chains are now available from Farnell in the EMEA region, Newark in North America, and Element14 in the APAC region.
