This collaboration brings charging stations to ZEVO’s electric fleet in Noida on-site, greatly minimising downtime.

EV Recharge, a company specializing in innovative mobile green energy charging solutions, has recently established a partnership with ZEVO, a prominent logistics provider that manages a substantial fleet of over 1,500 three-wheeled electric vehicles dedicated to delivery services. This significant collaboration signifies the commencement of EV Recharge’s operations in Noida, where the focus is on enhancing sustainable logistics via pioneering mobile charging technology.

The partnership is set to change how ZEVO’s fleet operates by providing on-site charging facilities that drastically reduce the downtime of vehicles. This reduction in charging time allows for increased operational hours on the road, facilitating more efficient delivery schedules. EV Recharge’s cutting-edge technology powers vehicles from a depleted state to 80% charge within a mere 20 minutes—a stark contrast to the conventional charging period of 3 to 4 hours. Their mobile charging units, which offer rapid charging capabilities ranging from 18KWh to 120KWh, are specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of fleet operators like ZEVO.

Arpit Sharma, the Co-Founder and CEO of EV Recharge, expressed his enthusiasm about the new partnership by highlighting their eagerness to collaborate with ZEVO in deploying their mobile fast-charging technology. He emphasized that this innovative solution, which allows for flexible, on-site charging, is instrumental in significantly enhancing the efficiency of electric vehicle logistics operations.

Dewansh Poddar, Co-Founder and COO of EV Recharge, further elaborated on the strategic vision of the company, revealing that this partnership is a crucial part of a larger initiative aimed at expanding mobile charging solutions across India within the next 10 to 12 months. While initially targeting the B2B sector, the ultimate goal of EV Recharge is to broaden its services to cater to individual electric vehicle owners as well.

A notable feature of EV Recharge’s mobile charging units is their lightweight module, designed to ensure seamless operational functionality. The company prides itself on operating a completely eco-friendly process, utilizing electric vehicles to provide charging services to other EVs. Moreover, their technology boasts high power conversion efficiency, which minimizes energy wastage during the charging process.

The Founder and CEO of ZEVO also commented on the collaboration, highlighting that the adoption of mobile fast charging is set to bolster their delivery fleet’s operational efficiency and consistently meet customer expectations.

This launch in Noida marks the beginning of an ambitious expansion strategy for EV Recharge. Initially focusing on servicing ZEVO’s fleet, the partnership is poised to gradually extend its advanced charging technology to other regions and sectors, playing a pivotal role in cultivating a more sustainable logistics infrastructure throughout India.
