Adding to India’s EV charging infrastructure, Exicom Tele-Systems teams up with Mufin Green Infra to offer hardware and software solutions for customers across the country.
Mumbai-based electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions provider Exicom Tele-Systems recently announced a partnership with Mufin Green Infra Ltd. Signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU), the two companies aim to advance India’s EV charging infrastructure.
This collaboration will focus on delivering comprehensive, end-to-end solutions, including installing charging points and developing supporting infrastructure. The MoU targets key stakeholders such as charge point operators, bus operators, state utilities, and other end-users to accelerate EV adoption across the country.
Under the terms of the agreement, Exicom will manufacture and supply EV charging hardware that meets industry standards and future specifications. This hardware will be equipped with Exicom’s proprietary software, ensuring efficiency and convenience. Additionally, the company will provide technical support, maintenance services, and warranty coverage, along with digital solutions for the EV ecosystem.
Mufin Green Infra will install EV charging stations and bus/fleet charging hubs as needed. Both companies will also work together to onboard new B2B customers to develop the EV charging infrastructure further, ensuring compliance with all necessary environmental, electrical, and safety regulations.
While maintaining commercial viability, the collaboration aims to leverage existing customer networks, joint marketing efforts, and increased visibility to drive business growth and scalability.
Soon after this, Exicom Tele-Systems reached the 5% upper circuit limit this morning.
