In the upcoming year, Mooving and HPCL plan to set up over 500 automated battery-swapping stations. These stations, featuring Mooving’s fully automated, unmanned technology, are anticipated to redefine convenience and efficiency, thereby improving the customer experience and distinguishing the service from its competitors. With its network of over 22,000 retail outlets nationwide, HPCL is dedicated to reducing carbon emissions in the mobility sector. The company has already put in place more than 3,700 EV charging stations across India to reduce the range anxiety for EV users. This partnership enables Mooving to utilize HPCL’s vast network and innovative solutions to establish a new benchmark in battery swapping, thereby speeding up the adoption of electric vehicles and supporting the expansion of the green economy. The formal agreement for this partnership was signed by Mooving and HPCL, with Subhankar Dutta, General Manager of Retail Strategy and Business Development, representing HPCL.
Pritesh Talwar, President of Lectrix EV and Mooving, expressed that the alliance with HPCL marks a significant advancement in transforming India’s EV infrastructure.
