Expanding clean mobility across the NCR, Incharz and Gaurs Group join forces to grow a wide reaching public EV charging network.
Incharz (Servotech EV Infra Pvt Ltd), an Indian charge point operator, has partnered with real estate major Gaurs Group to expand public EV charging infrastructure across high density locations in Uttar Pradesh and the National Capital Region. The collaboration is positioned as a significant step toward strengthening clean mobility access for EV users in urban clusters.
Under the agreement, both companies have identified priority sites within Gaurs Group’s residential, commercial, and mixed use developments for the installation of public EV charging stations. Supported by Noida Power Company Limited, Incharz will handle the installation, operation, and maintenance of the chargers across designated public access parking zones. The partnership’s next phase will see a broader rollout across multiple Gaurs Group properties.
Incharz will also offer special discounted charging tariffs across all partnered locations to encourage affordability and increase usage. The initiative aims to simplify access to dependable charging while supporting the region’s transition toward sustainable transportation.
Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz, said the partnership marks a major milestone in building a robust and convenient charging network across key urban centres. He noted that deploying chargers at high footfall Gaurs Group properties brings cost effective and reliable charging closer to people’s daily commutes.
Gaurs Group CEO Ashish Sharma said the collaboration enables the company to provide essential EV infrastructure within its communities, supporting the wider push for clean energy adoption. He added that the partnership aligns with the Group’s vision to create environmentally responsible and future ready spaces.
